We exist to intentionally shape the mindset, capacity, and voice of young people—equipping them to live purposefully, lead responsibly, and build legacies that transcend their lifetime.
Through empowerment, development, and advocacy, FOGET moves young people from potential to purpose and from participation to leadership. Our work goes beyond inspiration; we engineer mindset shifts, cultivate character, and build leadership capacity that enables young people to influence society with integrity and courage.
At FOGET, we believe sustainable national and generational transformation begins with the youth—when they are properly oriented, equipped, and given a credible voice.
Problems we Solved
FOGET was founded to solve one of the most critical gaps in youth development: internal limitations. While many initiatives provide skills and support, they often overlook the invisible but powerful constraints—mindsets, attitudes, and societal narratives—that hold young people back limiting their capacity to leverage opportunities, lead change, and sustain growth, highlighting the urgent need for intentional mindset transformation as the foundation for sustainable growth
