“It was once said that if you want to hide something from black people (negro), put it into writing…. because it was assumed that black people do not read. Reading is undoubtedly the most assured way of acquiring information, knowledge, wisdom, and perhaps skills and their applications.
Every month, FOGET encourages all young ambassadors to read at least one book (each ambassador is provided a copy of the same book). We then come together and discuss the book, and write down the important lessons learned, lessons that can be applied in our daily lives. FOGET has been doing this for quite some time now and we have good results among our ambassadors, together with their families and friends. We hereby call on you to support us buy more books for our over 100 ambassadors who have developed the habit for reading through this project. You can also donate good reading books to help us continue developing and shaping the lives of our future leaders.
